Electrical Engineering Intern

At Coffman Engineers, we serve as both prime consultant and sub consultant on projects large and small, including commercial, retail, institutional, government, industrial, and project/construction management. As an Electrical Engineering Intern at Coffman Engineers, you’ll be part of a collaborative, creative, and high-performing team that believes in making a difference for our clients and our communities. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player, looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity within a dynamic and progressive firm.  

We are looking for someone who works effectively with others, is interested in being mentored by senior engineers, and who desires to grow professionally.  This is a summer internship.

• Enrolled as a full-time student in an electrical engineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college
• Two years of required courses completed towards an undergraduate electrical engineering degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Computer-Aided Drafting, particularly SolidWorks and AutoCAD, is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).

Salary range: $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
