Responsible for concept engineering, equipment sizing and costing of the entire plant electrical and control system during the proposal phase of large Waste-to-Energy EPC projects globally:

· Prepare single line diagram, electrical operation concept, electrical power system functional description and provide performance and functional guarantees

· Optimise the integration of systems into the plant to ensure a competitive offering, and coordinate interfaces with the various disciplines (process, layout, steel structure, civil, construction, procurement, logistic)

· Review contract specifications, identify project risks and opportunities, participate to technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and consortium partners

· Calculate the budget for the engineering and procurement scope of supply, prepare requests for quotations for critical equipment and analyse budget offers received from suppliers

· Prepare tender documentation such as offer description, division of work, contractual deviations, bill of quantities, electrical consumer list

· 5+ years' experience in comparable function in the energy, oil & gas, environmental technologies, or in similar industries

· Degree in Electrical Engineering 

· Solid project execution or tendering background with good understanding of technical cost drivers

· Strong analytical, communication and team-working skills

· Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, any other language will be considered as a plus
