We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electrical Engineer specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the electrical systems of Qatar's road infrastructure.

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for road operations and maintenance projects
• Analyze and optimize existing electrical infrastructure to improve efficiency and performance
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other road infrastructure components
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and provide timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Participate in project planning and budgeting processes
• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in road electrical systems and recommend improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in road operations and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, particularly in relation to road infrastructure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
• Experience with traffic management systems and road lighting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with Qatar's road infrastructure and electrical standards
• Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Must be a Qatari National
