As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for projects from concept to completion, bridging the gap between design and construction. You’ll work on cutting-edge installations and translate client needs into functional, future-proof solutions. In this role, you’ll manage multiple high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, scope, and timeline objectives.
• Coordinate design and permitting processes, guiding projects through all phases.
• Independently execute projects, adhering to professional standards and project goals.
• Oversee the preparation of high-quality construction documentation for new builds and renovations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative technical solutions during the design phase.
• Provide technical leadership and input within multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage robust project documentation in collaboration with our Global Design Service teams in Bucharest, Spain, and South Africa.
• Develop functional and technical project specifications for construction.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction costs and conduct safety-focused risk assessments.
• Visit construction sites during the build phase to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.
• Perform detailed safety reviews and maintain consistent communication with project managers.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project development, from concept design to construction management.
• Deep knowledge of national and international standards (IEC, NEN) and best practices for large-scale project design.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams with confidence and expertise.
• Extensive proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other digital design tools.
• Experience with STABU and the ability to develop detailed technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-changing environments and effectively managing client relationships and stakeholders.
