Job Description

Based in Lebanon, Expertise Recruitment is a boutique recruitment company that offers recruiting services including headhunting and executive search, within a wide range of industry sectors. 

• Design low and medium-voltage electrical distribution systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
• Design low current systems for commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial buildings.
• Develop electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and cable routing plans.
• Specify and size electrical equipment such as switchgear, distribution boards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting control systems.
• Design internal and external lighting systems, ensuring compliance with lux levels, energy efficiency, and emergency lighting regulations.
• Integrate building services systems with BMS (Building Management Systems) and smart technologies.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards.
• Conduct load calculations, voltage drop, and fault level analysis.
• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers to align electrical design with architectural and structural constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design engineering.
• Proficient in electrical CAD tools, REVIT and design softwares.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and building regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
