iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

• Learning Management System administration and development coordination
• Coordinate system and content development
• Communicate technical limitations and requirements to instructional design teams
• Communicate instructional design requirements and goals to technical consultants
• Support and contribute to system and content design
• Collaborate with technology staff
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop business technology plan, including network security/technology policies, and establish hardware/ software roadmap

• At least 1 year experience in eLearning Development
• Strong background in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
• Knowledgeable with different eLearning modules
