About This Role
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced EL01 Service Electrician who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and providing high-quality service directly to customers. The Service Electrician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial settings. This role is best for a skilled electrician with proven experience running their own service van.
Our projects typically consist of commercial emergency repair, troubleshooting, lighting maintenance, circuit breaker replacement, photocells/motion sensors, infrared testing, and much more.

A professional, dependable, and safety-focused mindset
Experience with service work in commercial settings
Valid driver’s license
Washington EL01 Electrical License
Ability to work rotating nights and weekends
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in the field
Perform service calls, maintenance, and small installation projects
Communicate clearly with customers about scope of work, findings, and solutions
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
Complete required documentation, reports, and job notes accurately
Manage materials and tools needed for each job
Coordinate with office/project team on scheduling and job updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Uphold company standards for safety quality, and customer satisfaction

$58.00 - $68.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
8–10-hour shifts
Monday – Friday; rotating nights/weekends as needed
