About This Role
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is hiring motivated EL01 Journeyman Electricians who are looking for long-term stability, strong leadership support, and a company that values teamwork, craftsmanship, and growth. This role is ideal for electricians who can work independently, lead by example in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

Our projects range from tenant improvements and new construction to service upgrades and service work, across both private and public sector projects.
What We Are Looking For
EL01 Electrical License (Required)
Valid driver’s license (Required)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices
Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Leadership skills and willingness to mentor others
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, safety-focused, and highly organized
Ability to lift, carry, and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
What You Will Do
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Read and interpret plans to execute electrical installations correctly
Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Lead and support apprentices and less experienced team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Compensation
$55.00 to $65.00 per hour, based on experience
