Key Responsibilities
Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects
Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety
Work independently and collaboratively as needed
Communicate effectively and professionally with crews, project management, and clients
Support high-quality installations across multiple project types
Submit reports and other project documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Competencies & Qualifications
EL01 Electrical License
10+ years of journey-level electrical experience
5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman position
Valid driver’s license
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, and Procore
Compensation
$70.00 - $78.00 per hour, based on experience
