El Puesto

Presta el servicio acordado a los clientes, normalmente con un enfoque especializado formado por profesionales cualificados. Las personas pueden estar certificadas en su área de especialización y participar en el diseño del plan, además de la interacción diaria con los clientes. Son responsables de mantener los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA) y lograr un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente. En los niveles superiores, resuelven problemas específicos de su área de interés e identifican oportunidades para aumentar el valor del servicio al cliente, y son responsables de dar forma a su área de práctica y desarrollar estrategias de prestación. Utilizan el conocimiento del mercado de suscripción para obtener la cobertura de seguro adecuada para los clientes a un precio óptimo.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en ADE, Derecho o relativas
Experiencia: Mayor a 5 años de experiencia en la gestión de pólizas de seguros corporativos, preferiblemente experiencia adquirida en correduría o como suscriptor técnico de empresas en una compañía de seguros.
Conocimientos de idiomas: Tu lengua materna es el español y tienes muy buenos conocimientos de inglés.
Conocimiento de los procesos relacionados con su propia área técnica. Conocimiento del mercado de seguros para poder abordar las cuestiones técnicas/del cliente.
