En raison du succès continu et de l’expansion de notre activité Data Centre, nous recrutons actuellement un Responsable Environnement, Hygiène & Sécurité (EHS) expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe Data Centre en France.

 

 

Ce poste est idéal pour un professionnel rigoureux, doté d’excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion client, souhaitant travailler sur des projets de grande envergure.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez notamment responsable de :

• Sensibiliser les chefs de projet aux enjeux de la sécurité.

• Préparer, mettre en œuvre et suivre le plan EHS du projet de construction.

• Animer les réunions sécurité avec le client et les entreprises.

• Superviser les ressources EHS du client affectées au projet.

• Évaluer les plans de sécurité des entreprises.

• Examiner et commenter les activités à haut risque.

• Promouvoir les initiatives de sécurité et soutenir les campagnes du client.

• Appliquer les enseignements tirés et les meilleures pratiques.

• Mener les enquêtes et analyses des causes profondes.

• Fournir un soutien et des conseils en matière de sécurité aux équipes projet.

• Veiller au respect des exigences du client et des réglementations locales.

• Assurer la cohérence avec le « Safety Programme » piloté par Turner & Townsend.

• Poste basé sur site.

• Les candidats doivent justifier d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans des fonctions de management EHS.

• Expérience démontrée sur des projets complexes et de grande envergure. Une expérience en Data Centre est indispensable.

• Maîtrise des mécanismes de contrôle de projet et des évaluations de risques techniques.

• Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à visualiser les problèmes et à les expliquer clairement.

• Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation, coordination et leadership — capacité à motiver et coordonner des équipes de consultants et d’entrepreneurs.

• Expérience dans la gestion de relations avec des parties prenantes clés et aisance dans les interactions clients.

• Capacité à travailler de manière collaborative et proactive au sein d’une équipe.

• Très bon niveau d’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
