Job Description
The EHS Coordinator reports directly to the EHS Director, the role is an integral part of the EHS function, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business. The focus will be supporting the EHS team with data analytics, further supporting the coordination and communication of EHS literature. Some travel to other AVK offices / projects may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promotes a positive team culture through accountability, competency, professionalism, and collaboration
• Supports the organisation of EHS meetings and production of minutes
• Monitors implementation and progress of EHS Audit & Inspection plan
• Allocates and facilitates suppliers’ prequalification documents to appropriate EHS Manager
• Analysis of EHS data
• Provides accurate reporting on EHS data
• Supports EHS campaigns, i.e.: development, collation and distribution of literature
• Liaises with Compliance team to support document control and flow of information
• Liaises with People team with regards to EHS training
• Assisting EHS team with document management, filing and record-keeping.
• Other EHS administrative duties as requested by EHS function
Requirements:
• English proficiency – written and oral
• Collaborative communicator
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & Power Point, Power BI
• Ability to meet deadlines combined with organisational skills
• 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role
• Holds or working towards EHS qualification, e.g: NVQ3, IOSH Working Safely, CITB SMSTS
