We are looking for an experienced EH&S and Facilities Lead to join a team of dedicated, supportive, and enthusiastic people to help create the future of manufacturing.

The primary function of this role is to support the company achieve a zero-injury workplace. You will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, processes, and procedures. Building a strong safety culture through empowering employees to have an unconditional commitment to safety. You will also be responsible for general facilities management.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Safety & EHS Programs: Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental programs to ensure compliance, employee well-being, and continuous improvement.

• Conduct Audits, Inspections & Risk Assessments: Perform regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments while tracking findings and implementing corrective actions.

• Lead Employee Training & Coaching: Schedule and conduct safety training, mentor employees, and foster a proactive safety culture.

• Manage Incident Response & Compliance Reporting: Oversee investigations of incidents, near misses, and OSHA reporting to ensure timely corrective action.

• Support Worker’s Compensation & Wellness Initiatives: Collaborate with HR to manage compensation claims and execute programs supporting employee wellness.

• Collaborate on Safety-Driven Design & Equipment Compliance: Work with engineering and design teams to align with environmental and safety standards.

• Oversee Facilities Management: Manage daily operations, preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.

• Develop Emergency Preparedness Programs: Plan and lead emergency drills and response strategies to address risks across safety and facilities.

Who You Are

• 4+ Years of experience leading EHS efforts in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Extensive knowledge of safety and health hazards identification.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adept in developing and delivering safety training.

• Proven ability to gain rapport and effectively engage with employees to develop a safety culture on the production floor is critical.

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements and can implement them effectively.
