Educational Motion Graphics Designer

Müller's Solutions is seeking an innovative Educational Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative motion graphics that enhance our educational content, making learning more interactive and visually appealing. Your expertise in animation and design will play a crucial role in delivering impactful educational experiences.

As an Educational Motion Graphics Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and multimedia teams to develop content that effectively communicates ideas and concepts through animation. You will transform scripts and storyboards into stunning motion graphics that captivate and educate audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for educational videos, presentations, and online courses.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to understand educational objectives and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Create storyboards and visual treatment plans to outline animation sequences and illustrate how concepts will be presented.
• Use animation software to develop eye-catching graphics that enhance the learning experience.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to iterate and refine designs, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
• Stay current with trends in motion graphics and educational technology to continuously improve the quality of output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and production schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your animation skills.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience in creating educational content or working within the edtech industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning methodologies.
• Ability to create engaging narratives that help simplify complex concepts.
• Knowledge of audio editing and graphic design is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design.
