Key Responsibilities
•
Interpret, validate, and transform financial data into structured, high-quality outputs.
•
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
•
Translate complex financial datasets into clear, concise, and well-structured content through light editorial writing.
•
Apply markup, formatting, and content structuring to prepare materials for publication.
•
Perform technical and editorial reviews of data-driven content.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, editorial, and operations) to maintain quality and consistency.
•
Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data and content presentation.
•
Support team development and mentoring, promoting best practices in both data handling and editorial quality.
Must-have Skills
•
3+ years of experience working with financial data, data analysis, or editorial/data-focused roles.
•
Strong ability to interpret, validate, and transform financial datasets.
•
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, data cleaning, data modeling).
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong grammar, syntax, and clarity.
•
Experience in copyediting, technical writing, or content quality review.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure high data and content accuracy.
•
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Nice-to-have:
•
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
•
Understanding of fixed income fundamentals (yields, duration, credit).
•
Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal or Morningstar.
•
Experience with Workfront or similar workflow management tools.
