Who We're Looking for:
We are seeking a skilled writer to join our dynamic team, focusing on crafting impactful content for a global technology client. If you possess the rare blend of deep technical curiosity, journalistic rigor, and imaginative storytelling to uncover powerful insights, and elevate intricate B2B tech solutions into engaging thought leadership, we want to hear from you.
This is a pivotal role dedicated to creating significant impact for a global technology client. As our Editorial Copywriter, you will be instrumental in developing high-value, long-form content and thought leadership pieces that resonate deeply with B2B decision makers and technical audiences. You'll collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape compelling narratives that drive business growth, establish market authority, and maintain a consistent, expert brand voice across all strategic content initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Conceptualize, research, write, and edit in-depth long-form editorial content including customer stories, articles, whitepapers, eBooks, and thought leadership pieces that translate complex tech solutions into engaging editorial content for a broad, professional audience.
• Conduct thorough research and interviews with internal and external stakeholders to uncover compelling narratives and extract insights, ensuring accuracy and audience-appropriateness.
• Craft compelling demand generation assets including social media copy (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Meta posts), email sequences, and landing page copy that effectively promote long-form editorial content and drive engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to rigorous editorial standards, client brand guidelines, and data protection policies, maintaining a consistent, authoritative, and trusted voice.
• Adapt complex technical narratives for global B2B audiences, ensuring both technical accuracy and cultural relevance across various regions.
• Strategically utilize AI tools to enhance content research, outline generation, and optimize workflow efficiency, always ensuring factual accuracy, original thought, and compelling storytelling. Write and edit content for web, social media, emails and video that align with the client’s brand and business goals.
What You'll Need:
• 3-5 years of experience as an editorial writer, content strategist, or journalist, with a strong focus on technology or complex technical subjects.
• A compelling portfolio of published long-form editorial content (e.g., case studies, in-depth articles, whitepapers, eBooks, thought leadership pieces, investigative reports) that showcases your exceptional ability to explain complex concepts, craft engaging narratives, and demonstrate editorial expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related technical field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience showcasing your tech writing capabilities will be highly considered.
• Proven ability to quickly grasp and translate complex technology concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for a broad, professional audience.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to ensure factual accuracy and deliver genuine thought leadership.
• Proficient in editorial best practices, brand voice guidelines, and content governance for large enterprises.
• Demonstrated experience conducting interviews and gathering insights from internal and external stakeholders to develop authoritative content.
• Experience adapting content for global markets, understanding nuances in technical communication and cultural relevance across regions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and an aptitude for strategically leveraging AI tools to enhance the content creation process without compromising originality, ethical standards, or storytelling depth.
• Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex editorial projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to present ideas, manage feedback, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Native-level English proficiency is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
