Responsibilities工作职责：

- Be responsible of for leading and planning comprehensive system/SW testing for product prototypes or versions of the new chip.

负责主导和规划针对新芯片的产品原型或版本的全方位系统、软件测试

- Create and update comprehensive test strategy, coordination and planning of system/SW tests performed in an international context.

制定并更新测试策略，管理和协调测试计划

- Be responsible of creation and update of detailed test specification and test cases according to internal and external requirement, focus on software and hardware compatibility, driver test, interface test, safety mechanism verification and function verification

根据内外部的需求负责生成和更新测试规范，制定详细测试方案及测试用例，聚焦在软硬件兼容性，底层驱动，外设接口，功能安全机制及功能验证

- Perform low-level driver tests according to test specifications for MCU-specific peripherals (ADC/CAN/SPI, etc.) and evaluate test reports. Be familiar with the AUTOSAR specification， perform test and evaluate the consistency of CAN communication services and NVM services with AUTOSAR specification requirements.

针对MCU特定外设（ADC/CAN/SPI等）根据测试规范执行底层驱动测试并评估测试报告。熟悉AUTOSAR 规范，测试并评估CAN通讯服务、NVM服务与AUTOSAR 规范要求的一致性。

- Detect problems, collaborate closely with the team, drive the reproduction, analysis, resolution of problems, and establish an effective closed loop for problem tracking and verification.

精准定位缺陷, 和团队紧密协作，推动问题的复现、分析与解决，建立有效问题跟踪与验证闭环

- Prepare relevant test stuff and Maintain test equipment, building and maintaining test cases library

准备并维护测试相关的设备, 构建和维护测试专用的环境和用例库

- Bring in, evaluate and rollout test related improvements and efficiency initiatives in the projects and periodically report the status to project stakeholders

引入、评估并在项目中推出与测试相关的改进措施和效率提升方案，并定期向项目相关者分享进展情况。

Requirements任职要求：

- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Communication, Electronics, Computer Engineering

电子信息，电子电器，计算机、自动化相关专业，本科以上

- 2+ years of experience in system test/SW test of embedded systems or hardware products with MCU change or update development

2年以上嵌入式系统，有芯片升级产品开发的系统/软件开发或测试经验

- Solid theoretical foundation in software testing, experience in white-box testing or gray-box testing, with experience of Perl is preferred

扎实的软件测试理论基础，有灰盒测试或白盒测试经验, 熟练掌握至少一种脚本语言（Perl为佳）

- Strong problem and root cause analysis capabilities, adept at locating problems in complex hardware and software environments.

强大的问题分解与根因分析能力，善于在复杂的软硬件交织环境中定位问题。

- Strong motivated, conflict management, and systematic problem solving;

学习主动性强，有冲突管理及系统化问题分析和解决能力

- Good communication and English both in oral and written

良好的沟通，流利的英文听说和阅读能力

 

Prefers优先条件：

- Experience in product development/testing based on new platforms or chips is preferred.

有基于新平台或新芯片的产品开发测试经验者优先。

Experience in developing or maintaining automated testing frameworks is preferred.

有自动化测试框架开发或维护经验者优先

Experience in Functional Safety is preferred.

有功能安全相关经验者优先
