Hire Digital is seeking an eCommerce Specialist (Contract, Remote) to support regional APAC eCommerce acceleration initiatives. This role will focus on marketplace optimization, digital shelf performance, consumer insights analysis, and Product Detail Page (PDP) enhancement across major eCommerce platforms.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on marketplace experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital commerce and online consumer behavior.
Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketplace & Digital Shelf Management
• Support and optimize product listings across eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Coupang, and Naver
• Monitor digital shelf visibility, product discoverability, and conversion performance
• Identify opportunities to improve online presence and marketplace performance
Consumer Insights & Performance Analysis
• Analyze consumer reviews, sales performance, traffic, and marketplace data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Translate findings into recommendations for content optimization and performance improvement
• Prepare reports and share insights with internal stakeholders
PDP (Product Detail Page) Optimization
• Support enhancement of PDP content including product titles, descriptions, visuals, and key selling points
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to optimize content across APAC markets
• Ensure content aligns with platform best practices and brand guidelines
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams to support eCommerce initiatives
• Manage timelines, communication, and execution across multiple projects
• Support alignment between marketing, content, and marketplace activities
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, marketplace operations, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Coupang, or Naver
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace or consumer data
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
