Job Description
We are Alfafam, a US-based Management Consulting Company offering services locally and worldwide.
Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
We’re hiring an Ecommerce Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support across our e-commerce channels while supporting inbound B2B inquiries and account communication. You’ll manage customer interactions, resolve issues quickly, and improve workflows and systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, with opportunities to grow into account management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of e-commerce operations across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces
Own revenue performance and identify opportunities to scale sales and improve margins
Manage forecasting and inventory planning to ensure product availability and efficient stock levels
Translate demand into clear production and replenishment requirements for Kira Labs
Ensure accurate inventory tracking across all systems (Amazon, Shopify, Sellerboard, internal records)
Oversee product catalog including listings, content, pricing, bundles, and positioning
Continuously optimize listings for conversion, visibility, and performance
Conduct regular SKU-level analysis to determine which products to scale, optimize, or discontinu
Align inventory and forecasting decisions with manufacturing constraints such as batch sizes and minimum order quantities
Own promotional planning and ensure alignment with inventory and revenue goals
Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies across e-commerce workflows
Lead implementation and adoption of tools such as Sellerboard and other automation systems
Maintain and oversee centralized data sources (Google Sheets, dashboards) for forecasting and reporting
Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment between inventory, purchase orders, and QuickBooks
Support integration of systems across e-commerce, operations, and finance
Own documentation of processes, SOPs, and training materials
Provide clear reporting and visibility into performance, inventory, and growth initiatives
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive strategic decisions
Requirements:
Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations (Amazon and Shopify required)
Strong understanding of both growth and operational sides of e-commerce (performance + supply chain)
Experience owning revenue performance, not just execution
Hands-on experience with tools such as Sellerboard, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Google Sheets/Excel
Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting, and manufacturing constraints
Experience working with financial systems such as QuickBooks and understanding of COGS, margins, and P&L
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into decisions
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
Experience building or improving processes in unstructured environments
Strong ownership mindset with ability to lead without constant direction
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to work in a time zone aligned with US operations
