How You Will Make An Impact
• Daily Operations: Assist in the daily management of ecommerce operations, including product launch coordination, collection and merchandise story management, briefing creative content requirements and website maintenance.
• User Journey Optimization: Help manage the websites/marketplace to ensure that fans can find the products they are looking for, and products are correctly merchandised within listings and search results. Take ownership of the day-to-day site quality and content execution, ensuring accurate and appealing product presentation on the website.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze ecommerce metrics such as sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates. Generate reports and provide insights to the team to support data-driven decision-making.
• Product Health: Walk the site’ daily to pick up on any errors or inconsistencies within the user journey and address. Check all new products behave as expected. Use reporting to identify any underperforming products and take steps to address.
• Marketplace Platform Management: Manage and optimize marketplace storefronts (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Zalora), including product listings, content, merchandising, campaign enrollments, and effective use of platform tools to drive visibility and conversion.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate onplatform inventory and availability. Execute timely replenishment, stock transfers, delist/relist actions, and routine stock checks to prevent overselling and ensure key SKUs remain in stock.
• Customer Chat & Support: Respond to customer inquiries via marketplace chat tools (e.g., Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat). Provide clear, accurate information on products, orders, and shipping; resolve issues or escalate to the right team. Maintain brand tone, use saved replies, and capture FAQs to improve future responses. Content Management: Support the creation and management of digital content in line with marketing calendars, including marketing campaigns, promotional banners, email, and marketing copy. Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Share relevant insights with the team to support strategic planning and innovation.
• Fulfillment Partner Collaboration: Monitors performance of 3rd Party Partner to ensure that SLA are being met and ensure returns and claims are processed promptly and accurately.

• Product Listing Accuracy – 95%
• Timely Update of Listings: All new products and price changes are updated before the start of every season – 100% New Item is uploaded in the first week of the season.
• Customer Service Response Rate – 90% on 10-minute Response Rate
• 3rd Party SLA – Fast Fulfillment Rate 95%
Inventory & Stock Management – 40%
• Stocks availability Rate - Maintain >95% availability for top SKUs
• Timely replenishment – Weekly Replenishment – Zero Stock out of Regular items
• Inventory Month Supply – Maintain: Min 3 months, Max 6 months
Requirements:
What You Bring To The Team
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related field, with a focus on online sales and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, ECommerce, or a related field
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Advantageous but not required:
• Experience in using Photoshop / Canva is a plus
