Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Project Manager

Job Overview:

Our client, a fast-growing women’s eCommerce jewelry brand, is looking for an Ecommerce Operations Project Manager to own cross-functional project management, internal execution accountability, and operational coordination across the business. In this role, you will drive follow-through across departments, remove blockers, and ensure key initiatives are delivered on time while helping the organization scale efficiently without operational bottlenecks.

Responsibilities:

• Own cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, CX, product, and fulfillment teams
• Track priorities, deliverables, deadlines, and ownership across active initiatives
• Drive daily follow-ups, accountability, and escalation of blockers
• Manage and maintain the Notion project management system as the central source of truth
• Build workflows, SOPs, reporting cadences, and operational structures to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, 3PL partners, and internal operational teams
• Provide structured daily and weekly leadership reporting on execution status
• Identify bottlenecks and create repeatable systems to improve operational clarity
• Ensure consistent follow-through across launches, campaigns, operations, and reporting workflows

Requirements:
Must-Have:

Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
Fast-moving, proactive, and execution-obsessed
Strong in written communication (clear, concise, professional)
Confident in following up, pushing deadlines, and escalating when needed
Comfortable coordinating across time zones and international partners
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Able to handle high volume without dropping details
Able to manage multiple moving projects at once
Strong with Notion (advanced proficiency strongly preferred)
Naturally process-driven and enjoys building systems

2+ years experience in project management, operations coordination, or business operations (ecommerce preferred)
Proven experience managing cross-functional workflows
Proven ability to run task systems and execution cadence across teams
Strong proficiency in Notion (this role requires advanced Notion usage — databases, views, dashboards, templates, and project workflows). Experience with Asana/Monday/Trello is a plus, but Notion is our core operating system
Comfortable working in a high-accountability environment where deadlines matter

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in ecommerce, DTC, consumer brands, fashion, jewelry, or beauty
Experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners
Experience supporting product launches and marketing calendars
Experience building SOP libraries and internal documentation systems
Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce operational workflows
