eCommerce Operations Analyst – Pricing and Promotions

As an eCommerce Operations Analyst, you will support the commercial operations of Sandisk online store. This includes planning and execution of online pricing and promotions for our online stores, in Europe and North America.  You will collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Unit Pricing to execute our Direct-To-Customer online strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement MSRP pricing and promotion pricing on Sandisk online stores
• Collaborate with eCommerce team and Business Unit to develop a promotion calendar for online stores in multiple markets in Europe and North America
• Propose and implement value-add (non-price) promotions
• Collaborate with B2B Sales team to manage price lists and tiered pricing for Sandisk B2B store.
• Use quality control tools to validate pricing and ensure accurate pricing implementation
• Monitor eCommerce order transactions to detect potential pricing/promo errors
• Collaborate with Web Operations teams to update weekly deals page on Sandisk store.
• Analyse site price elasticity and promotion performance, and make recommendations for future price moves and promotions.

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with analytics
• 1-3 years of experience in E-tail / Sales Operations / e-Commerce - advantage
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be a self-starter and capable of multi-tasking as well as working individually in team settings.
• Collaborating cross functionally.
