Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant is responsible for:
• Delivering incremental revenue goals through testing initiatives
• Developing marketing A/B testing roadmap
• Aligning leadership and cross functional teams on key objectives and priorities
• Establishing and enforcing testing Process
• Improving business performance metrics by focusing on most impactful areas
• Communicating test results and providing recommendations
• Creating positive testing culture throughout ecom
• Educating rest of the organization on A/B testing
• Outlining future business needs and new capabilities
• Supporting digital and enterprise initiatives
• Delivering customer insights and actionable learnings through testing
Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant is a cross-functional role with the focus on digital marketing but works in concert with engineers, creative, developers, and central marketing groups. Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant is a self-starter who can prioritize against many competing initiatives, works on multiple projects concurrently and can move quickly in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver incremental revenue through A/B testing
• Develop and execute 2015 marketing testing road-map
• Establish and enforce solid testing process
• Create positive testing culture within the organization
• Deliver customer insights and actionable learning through testing
• Communicate test results and providing recommendations
• Support digital and enterprise initiatives
• Improve business metrics by focusing testing efforts on most impactful areas
Technical competencies:
• Experience in statistical analysis
• Experience in Javascript
• Experience working with behavioral and online media data sources
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire
• Have the drive to innovate and drive actionable results
• Have the ability to prioritize, focus on ideas and features that will have significant impact and value
• Design experiments and test hypotheses
