Role Overview
The Ecommerce Manager owns the performance and day-to-day operation of PowerflexFence.com with a clear focus on:
• Growing online revenue
• Increasing conversion rate
• Improving customer buying experience
• Launching and merchandising products
This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who moves fast and treats the website like a living sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the Shopify store
• Improve conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session
• Merchandise products, collections, and bundles
• Launch new products and landing pages
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, email, and SMS
• Build a best-in-class mobile buying experience
• Report weekly on performance and opportunities
KPIs
• Ecommerce revenue growth
• Conversion rate
• Average order value
• Returning customer rate
• Mobile performance
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing a Shopify ecommerce store
• Proven success growing online sales
• Strong CRO and merchandising skills
• Data-driven and execution-focused
• Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
Bonus: Experience in agriculture, western, equine, or blue-collar markets.
