Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• To assist in executing e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms.
• Manage daily operations of our e-Commerce stores and marketplaces (i.e: Content, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, Search, Pricing, listing promotion, store maintenance).
• Ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
• Having good Social Commerce knowledge is a plus.
• To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fast learner with a hands-on approach and a sense of ownership in task completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills – with English as the priority.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Responsible and committed to meeting timelines and delivering quality work

Key Success Factors

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Have a strong sense of luxury and passion for the beauty retail industry.
• Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship.
