The Role
You’ll work closely with our Website Merchandiser and play a hands-on role in keeping the TentBox website running smoothly day-to-day. From updating content and supporting product launches to helping optimise performance, you’ll be right in the detail making sure everything is accurate, on-brand, and working as it should.

What you’ll do
Support the day-to-day running of the TentBox Shopify store, working closely with the Website Merchandiser
Upload and update product pages, landing pages, and site content, keeping everything accurate, on-brand, and up to date
Help run A/B tests and experiments, setting things up and keeping an eye on how they perform
Build and refresh seasonal and campaign content alongside the marketing and creative teams
Keep an eye on site performance and user behaviour (GA4, Clarity), flagging anything that doesn’t look right or could be improved
Regularly check the site for issues, broken links, outdated content, pricing errors and fix them quickly
Support product and campaign launches by getting everything live on time and looking right
Help organise site navigation, collections, and product categories so everything is easy to find and makes sense
What success looks like
The website is consistently accurate, up to date, and on-brand
Product launches and campaigns go live on time and without errors
Content issues are proactively identified and resolved quickly
Content is well merchandised, supporting conversion and engagement
You spot opportunities to improve the site and actively contribute ideas
The Website Merchandiser can rely on you to keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for
Passionate about eCommerce and digital, with a strong interest in how online stores perform
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Proactive and hands-on, happy working in the detail day-to-day
Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally
Keen to learn and develop within a fast-moving DTC environment
Some understanding of customer journeys and online user behaviour
Tools & skills
Strong attention to detail when managing product and site content
Experience using Shopify (product setup, content updates, basic admin)
Basic understanding of eCommerce merchandising and CRO principles
Ideally familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics tools
Exposure to tools like Clarity / heatmapping tools (nice to have)
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
