🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️
Scope of the role:
This is a hands-on execution role for someone with foundational Shopify experience who wants to level up fast in a high-velocity ecommerce environment. You won’t be reinventing the wheel—but you will be responsible for keeping it spinning smoothly.
We’ll train you on our internal workflows and standards. What we won’t train is urgency, ownership, or attention to detail. If you take pride in clean execution and catching issues before customers do, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Storefront Maintenance
• Implement front-end updates, content changes, and basic layout adjustments within Shopify.
• Ensure the storefront is accurate, up-to-date, and functioning as intended at all times.
2. Workflow & Request Management
• Monitor incoming website-related requests from cross-functional teams.
• Log, ticket, and track requests to completion so nothing gets missed or delayed.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
• Regularly audit the site across mobile and desktop.
• Identify and flag broken links, layout issues, button errors, or inconsistencies before they impact users.
4. Asset Management
• Export product and site images from Figma.
• Resize and optimize assets for web performance.
• Upload and organize assets correctly within the Shopify backend.
5. Operational Support
• Maintain clean, organized documentation across Google Drive.
• Support the upkeep of SOPs, project files, and shared resources so the team can move fast without friction.
Qualifications:
1. Shopify Experience
• 1 year of hands-on experience working in Shopify (or internship-equivalent).
• Comfortable navigating the admin and making front-end updates without hand-holding.
2. Technical Literacy
• Confident using Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive for documentation and collaboration.
3. Figma Familiarity
• Able to navigate Figma and export assets.
• No design background required—we’ll train you on our specific workflows.
4. Extreme Attention to Detail
• You naturally catch typos, spacing issues, broken links, or inconsistencies that others miss.
• You double-check your work before someone else has to.
Availability
• Able to work during U.S. business hours (EST, CST, or PST).
