Job Description

Title : ECG Analyst

Location : Plymouth, MN

Duration : 4 months+

Responsibilities for this position:

1. Engage customers/clients/vendors on the specifics of the project

2. Coordinate with customers/clients/vendors the schedule for changes

3. Liaison between ECG staff and customers/clients/vendors during implementation of change

4. Tracking of project status

5. Validation of customer/clients/vendor changes

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office

• Customer service background

• Ability to work with different groups to drive results

• Ability to work with little or no supervision

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP)

• Experience with Helpdesk tools preferably HPSM

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
