Job Description

1. eBay Account Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of our eBay store.
• Monitor the eBay account health and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with eBay’s policies and guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Strategy & Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and grow the customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Create promotions, offers, and sales campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.

3. Listing Optimization & SEO:

• Optimize product listings for search visibility (eBay SEO), ensuring high ranking in search results for relevant keywords.
• Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance conversion rates.
• Use eBay analytics tools to track and improve listing performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

4. Performance Reporting & Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, sales growth).
• Proactively address any issues related to sales performance or customer feedback.

5. Marketing & Advertising:

• Manage eBay promoted listings and advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate eBay promotions with broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing an eBay account or in a similar e-commerce role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of eBay’s platform, policies, and SEO practices.

Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in eBay’s Seller Hub, eBay Analytics.

Knowledge of product photography, listing optimization, and keyword research.
