Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced eBay Account Manager to set up, manage, and grow a full eBay account. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores, including listing optimization, inventory management, order processing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain an eBay account, ensuring it meets all platform standards.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
• Manage daily order processing, shipping, and returns.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Use Excel to track, report, and analyze performance data effectively.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing eBay accounts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of eBay policies, best practices, and marketplace trends.
