We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Earned Value Analyst – Construction Programs located in Dallas, TX.
Position Overview:
Tracks project performance using earned value metrics to measure cost and schedule performance.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance or Analytics.
Required Qualifications:
In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.
5+ years project controls or cost analysis experience.
Strong knowledge of earned value management
Responsibilities:
Track planned value, earned value, and actual cost.
Calculate CPI and SPI metrics.
Prepare earned value reports.
Forecast project completion cost using EAC calculations.
Analyze performance trends across projects.
Salary:
D.O.E
Bonus Pay:
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
