About the role
We are hiring a full-time Responsible Adult (RA) or Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to join our Palsson center (9A Grosskleg Way, Lake Cowichan). This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and educators while gaining valuable experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.
📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday
💵 Pay: From $19.78 or $21.83 per hour
What you’ll do
Support educators with daily activities, classroom set-up, and routines.
Assist in developing learning goals and care plans for children.
Participate in play-based learning and interactive activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Communicate daily with families using Brightwheel.
Qualifications
Valid RA or ECEA Certificate in BC.
First Aid with CPR.
2 Letters of Reference.
