E-Learning Systems Developer

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented E-Learning Systems Developer to join our innovative team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining e-learning applications and systems that facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to implement robust e-learning solutions tailored to meet educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive e-learning content and applications using appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure that e-learning modules are accessible, user-friendly, and compatible across different devices and platforms.
• Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video into e-learning content to enhance user engagement.
• Conduct testing and debugging to maintain the functionality and quality of e-learning solutions.
• Manage updates and improvements to existing e-learning systems based on user feedback and performance analytics.
• Implement tracking and reporting features to monitor learner progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with e-learning technologies, tools, and industry trends to continually improve development practices.

Requirements:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in developing e-learning applications or instructional technology solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration of e-learning content.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design and multimedia development.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with database management and server-side programming.
• Experience with data analytics and tracking for e-learning platforms.
• Certifications in e-learning development or instructional design are a plus.
