E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist

Müller's Solutions is seeking an E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our e-learning products meet the highest quality standards. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and delivery of engaging and effective online learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts to assess the functionality, usability, and overall effectiveness of e-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze e-learning content for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Conduct thorough usability testing to ensure that learner interactions are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to refine course content based on feedback and testing results.
• Perform compatibility testing across multiple devices, browsers, and learning management systems (LMS).
• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, guidelines, and testing protocols specific to e-learning.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in e-learning and quality assurance techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing of e-learning products or digital education platforms.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/AICC compliance.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with usability testing and user experience (UX) design is a plus.
