Job Overview:

ABC Legal is seeking an E-File Project Specialist to support building and maintaining automation that supports document handling and retrieval workflows. You’ll create configurations using Python, JSON, and regular expressions, troubleshoot issues as systems evolve, and partner with internal teams to ensure processes remain accurate, efficient, and scalable.

This is an internal-facing role that works closely with automation systems and developing solutions that directly impact operational performance across E-File, E-Fulfillment, and Automation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated document handling configurations

• Develop retrievers using Python and JSON

• Write regular expressions to extract key data

• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues

• Document work and updates in JIRA

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills

• Experience with Python, JSON, and regular expressions

• Understanding of programming logic

• Strong communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with document processing or automation workflows

• Strong organizational skills across complex projects

Starting Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday thru Friday – flexibility on hours and Timezone
