The E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon (US & CA) and Walmart, with a primary focus on revenue reporting, FBA operations, catalog accuracy, and listing audits. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, resolving operational issues, and ensuring product listings remain accurate and compliant across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Report daily Amazon revenue and flag unusual changes or performance drops
• Monitor and create cases for Amazon FBA shipment issues and discrepancies
• Track Amazon alerts, policy changes, and emerging issues and escalate when needed
• Manage catalog updates to ensure listings, attributes, and content remain accurate
• Collate and tag reviews from Amazon and Instagram for internal tracking and insights
• Pull and review reports related to FBA shipments and inventory movement
• Validate Amazon FBA remeasurement fees and identify discrepancies
• Conduct full listing audits for Amazon US and Canada
• Perform Walmart listing audits to ensure consistency and quality across marketplaces
• Audit Plytix product attributes to ensure clean, complete, and accurate product data
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (FBA-focused)
• Experience with catalog management and listing audits
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reports and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and PIM tools (Plytix or similar) is a plus
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
