• Develop and implement best practices for product listings, content creation, and maintenance.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and Paid Social Media.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance using tools like Google Analytics and Excel for insights and reporting.
• Manage stock updates, product uploads, category builds, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to optimize trade activities and enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare performance reports with data-driven insights to track KPIs and identify trends.

Requirements:
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Zid, Salla
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Understanding of e-commerce UX, content development, and user interaction.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and communication skills.
