Job Description

The E-commerce Shopify Expert at Creative Chaos is responsible to play a critical role in developing and managing our D2C and B2B e-commerce platforms. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling major brands and implementing systems that support rapid growth. This role involves optimizing the shopping experience in a regulated industry, ensuring seamless functionality, and developing custom solutions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations.
• B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients.
• Backend System Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more.

Requirements:
