Tony's Chocolonely zet zich in om een einde te maken aan de uitbuiting van cacao. Wij zijn een impactbedrijf dat chocolade maakt, geen chocoladebedrijf dat impact maakt. We zoeken ‘n E-commerce Sales stagiaire om ons team in Amsterdam te versterken! Deze stage is een unieke kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen e-commerce en sales, terwijl je bijdraagt aan een wereld zonder ongelijkheid in cacao.

Dit is wat je zult leren:

• Je doet ervaring op binnen e-commerce, en leert hoe je samen met teammembers ’t maximale haalt uit onze eigen en andere sales kanalen.

• Je krijgt inzicht in welke elementen belangrijk zijn om als merk succesvol te zijn in ‘n online omgeving.

• Leer samenwerken met online resellers en werk aan gezamenlijke groeiplannen voor de belangrijkste chocolademomenten zoals Valentijnsdag en Pasen.

• Krijg inzicht in alle functies binnen e-commerce en leer hoe u met klanten kunt samenwerken om uw omzet te verhogen. Ook leert u hoe u samenwerkt met onze interne stakeholders, zoals het Global Digital-team.

Dit ga je doen:

• Beheer en optimaliseer een soepel innovatieproces voor nieuwe producten. Denk aan ‘t verzamelen van de juiste data en inzichten, het maken van ’n overtuigende presentatie, het strategisch nadenken over de beste online zichtbaarheid en het versturen van samples & packshots.

• Ondersteunen de team members bij de analyse van de salesdata om grote inzichten te krijgen.

• Werk mee aan marketing- en salesactiviteiten, bijvoorbeeld door de juiste product content live te zetten, deel uit te maken van de gepersonaliseerde B2B campagnes en commerciele deals te sluiten met klanten.

• Verbeter de customer journey op onze nieuwe chocoshop in Shopify en help bij de uitvoering van de retentie campagnes voor onze bestaande klanten.

• Werk nauw samen met ons chocofancare-team (klantenservice) om ervoor te zorgen dat alle communicatie rondom alle bestellingen soepel verloopt en we klanten kunnen helpen waar nodig (B2B en B2C).
