Position Overview
The Photographer captures premium imagery that reflects Mine & Yours’ luxury aesthetic. This role works to execute on-model and product photography that supports both ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Capture on-model and product imagery consistent with brand guidelines.
Execute flat lay and editorial photography with precision.
Maintain color, lighting, and styling consistency.
Upload and label images promptly in the digital asset system.
Maintain equipment and ensure studio space is production-ready.
Collaborate with PD writers and Associates to prioritize products efficiently.
Qualifications
2-3 years of studio or ecommerce photography experience.
Strong technical understanding of lighting and camera equipment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Eye for composition, styling, and detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio.
KPIs
Shoot 100+ SKUs per day (FT) or 50+ SKUs (PT).
Maintain <3% reshoot rate.
Upload and label 100% of images within 24 hours of shoot completion.
Maintain consistent brand tone and styling.
Ensure colour and lighting accuracy across imagery.
Demonstrate collaborative and efficient communication within the studio team.
