We are looking for the right candidate for the role of E-commerce Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement scalable process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT, digital teams, and third-party platform providers to troubleshoot operational issues and test new functionality.
• Contribute to UAT testing and reviews for operational features.
• Act as the central point of contact for daily operational needs across departments (logistics, marketing, customer service, and commercial teams).
• Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve customer issues and identify root causes of recurring problems.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, data protection laws (GDPR), and eCommerce best practices.
• Minimize risk by setting clear policies around order exceptions, fraud, and returns.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years in E-commerce operations, ideally in a high-volume, multichannel retail environment.
• Experience in managing teams or cross-functional project groups.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP and E-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
