Job Description

DollarHobbyz is hiring an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to own and stabilize our Amazon marketplace operations. This role is responsible for protecting revenue, resolving listing and compliance issues, and identifying missed opportunities caused by operational bottlenecks.

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. The focus is on troubleshooting, marketplace health, and continuous optimization. This is not a marketing or ads management position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Amazon Marketplace Operations

• Monitor and resolve Amazon listing errors, suppressions, and compliance issues

• Manage ASIN reinstatements and Seller Central case escalations

• Track and respond to trademark, safety, and data-related flags

• Ensure top-revenue SKUs remain live, compliant, and fully optimized

ChannelAdvisor & Product Feeds

• Own and maintain product feeds through ChannelAdvisor

• Diagnose and resolve feed errors, missing attributes, and incorrect mappings

• Use ChannelAdvisor business rules to identify and fix data issues

• Maintain accurate, complete product data across marketplaces

Revenue Protection & Recovery

• Identify suppressed or underperforming SKUs with direct revenue impact

• Coordinate with third-party recovery vendors when applicable

• Monitor FBA-related issues including inventory discrepancies and inbound errors

• Ensure recoverable revenue is identified, tracked, and recovered

Marketplace Expansion Support (Secondary)

• Support additional marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, and Target as capacity allows

• Maintain Amazon as the top priority, expanding systematically afterward

• Assist with corrective data entry for new and existing products

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex marketplace issues independently

• Experience managing large SKU counts and data-heavy catalogs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)

• Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on revenue impact

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of experience using ChannelAdvisor (feeds, rules, error resolution)

• Experience supporting additional marketplaces (eBay, Walmart, Target)

• Familiarity with FBA operations and recovery processes

• Experience working with resellers or large product catalogs

• Comfort coordinating with external vendors and service providers

• Reduction in unresolved Amazon listing and compliance issues

• Revenue protected and recovered from suppressed or at-risk SKUs

• Improved stability and uptime of top-revenue ASINs

• Faster resolution times for marketplace issues

• Clear documentation and visibility into overall marketplace health

Practical Details

• Full-time, fully remote role, open to candidates based in Latin America

• Reports directly to DollarHobbyz leadership
