The Opportunity

We’re hiring an E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive self-serve revenue across the full funnel, attracting the right traffic to our store and converting that interest into purchases. You’ll be the e-commerce stakeholder within the marketing team and a core member of our e-commerce pod alongside a Product Manager and Engineers. While the buying experience lives inside our product, you’ll set the commercial strategy, testing roadmap, and funnel priorities; the pod will partner with you to build and ship improvements.

This role focuses on lifting revenue and conversion through disciplined experimentation and cross-functional execution. It’s a great fit if you’ve run (or helped run) an online store and want to try new things at scale.


What You Will Do::
• Own the self-serve funnel & KPIs: set targets and track Traffic, CVR, and drop-offs for customers who buy online.
• CRO & experimentation: run a high-velocity A/B test program: Hypothesize, size, launch, and document learnings. Maintain a prioritized backlog that blends quick wins with bigger bets.
• Traffic - page - product fit: partner with Performance channel owners (paid search/social, retargeting, affiliates) to match intent to landing experiences and reduce wasted spend.
• Define requirements for the pod: turn insights into crisp user stories for pricing/packaging, checkout flows, plans & add-ons, value messaging, and payment options.
• Email automations for revenue: help implement high-impact flows that drive purchase, e.g., abandoned cart series, checkout reminders, and relevant upsells.
• Analytics & instrumentation: ensure clean tracking, build dashboards, and use GA4 + product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel/Amplitude) and BI to guide decisions.
• Merchandising & offers: test bundles, promos, financing/installments, and cross-sell/upsell - ethically and profitably, with clear guardrails.
• Champion the voice of self-serve: share insights, influence priorities, and represent e-commerce performance in planning and reviews in revenue.


What You Could Bring::
• 3 - 6+ years in e-commerce growth/CRO or a comparable self-serve motion, with hands-on ownership across traffic and on-site conversion.
• Proven work in split testing, funnel diagnostics, heuristic reviews, and conversion best practices.
• Clear communicator who partners well with Product, Design, and Engineers; comfortable proposing V1s and iterating.
• Comfortable writing or critiquing concise, persuasive on-site copy.
