Role Summary
The E-Commerce Logistics Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accurate and
timely delivery of all Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders across Chai Vision's growing portfolio of
brands. This role owns data validation, tracking audits, reporting, and dashboard creation for logistics
KPIs — enabling leadership and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions that improve
delivery performance and reduce costs.
As the logistics team's primary data and quality gatekeeper, the E-Commerce Logistics QA Manager
monitors 3PL and carrier performance, resolves tracking escalations, and provides strategic insights
that drive operational efficiency across domestic and international fulfillment channels. This is a
hands-on, execution-heavy role that combines analytical depth with process discipline to keep Chai
Vision's logistics engine running at peak accuracy.
What You'll Do
Performance Reporting & Data Integrity
● Build, maintain, and automate key logistics reports: Shipping Cost per Order, On-Time
Delivery Rate, Carrier Performance, Lost/Damaged Package Rate, and Tracking Sync
Accuracy
● Conduct daily audits to identify and resolve missing tracking data, stalled shipments, and
delivery exceptions
● Own the 'source of truth' for all logistics KPIs presented to leadership
● Own the daily, weekly, and monthly cadence of data validation, report generation, and
tracking audits
Strategic Insight & Analytics
● Analyze logistics data trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, carrier performance issues,
and potential service improvements
● Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership on shipping optimization, carrier
selection, and fulfillment strategy
● Track and report on key metrics including On-Time Delivery Rate (target >99%), Tracking
Sync Accuracy (target >99.9%), and cost per shipment
● Contribute to quarterly logistics strategy reviews, presenting data on cost and service trends
Execution & Issue Resolution
● Proactively identify and resolve tracking issues before they generate customer service tickets
— targeting a 30% reduction in WISMO (Where Is My Order?) inquiries
● Collaborate with the Customer Service team to provide rapid resolution for complex delivery
escalations with a target of less than 24-hour turnaround
● Monitor the performance of 3PL/fulfillment partners and carrier integrations, holding them
accountable to data accuracy and SLA standards
● Document and improve processes for data handling, reporting, and communication
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Provide Customer Service with clear, real-time visibility into shipment statuses for customer
inquiries
● Supply Finance with accurate shipping cost data for reconciliation and budgeting
● Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking escalations across warehouse partners,
carriers, and internal teams
● Collaborate with Brand/Marketing teams on post-purchase communication updates and
delivery experience improvements

● You have 3+ years of experience in DTC/eCommerce logistics, supply chain operations, or
logistics data analysis

● You are a proactive communicator who bridges the gap between warehouse partners,

● You have a deep understanding of DTC and omnichannel operations including carrier
management platforms and 3PL workflows
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data
Science, or a related field
● 3+ years of experience in eCommerce logistics, supply chain operations, or logistics data
analysis
● Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets including pivot tables, formulas, and data
visualization
● Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
● Familiarity with shipping platforms (ShipStation, SellerCloud, GoFlow) and major carrier
portals (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
● Experience working with 3PL/fulfillment partners and holding them accountable to SLAs
