OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities. OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We’ve since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.

E-Commerce Lead/ Specialist
The E-Commerce Lead/ Specialist will drive Onthelist’s online growth and operational excellence, ensuring luxury products are presented beautifully, the website operates flawlessly, and digital marketing drives measurable business results. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise, covering merchandising, content management, platform operations, promotions, analytics, and customer experience.
Team Reporting: The Customer Service Associate will report directly to this role, ensuring seamless customer support aligned with online operations.
Required Experience: 6+ years in e-commerce, luxury retail, or digital marketplace environments.
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: data cleansing, stock preparation, pricing, and launch-ready listings.
Maintain high-quality imagery and product content, ensuring premium presentation.
Conduct regular UX audits for mobile and desktop to reduce friction and cart abandonment.
Execute on-site visual merchandising strategies to maximize conversion and brand representation.
Manage promotions, backend logic, coupon codes, tiered pricing, and quota rules.
Drive digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and influencer collaborations.
Oversee social media posting and content strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand voice.
Perform final QA for product launches, promotions, and checkout flows.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor fulfillment and resolve delivery challenges.
Oversee the Customer Service Associate to ensure high-quality support for e-commerce customers.
Support customer service during peak periods or events as required.
Transform raw sales and stock data into actionable insights, including event recaps, revenue trends, and stock turnover.
Use analytics to optimize conversion, site performance, and campaign effectiveness.
Lead and mentor the e-commerce and digital marketing team, including the CS Associate.
Set KPIs, track performance, and foster a data-driven, results-oriented culture.
WHAT IT TAKES…
6+ years e-commerce experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
Proficient in major e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus & BigCommerce) and third-party apps.
Strong data literacy: Excel, Google Sheets, analytics tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and visual presentation for luxury UX and product content.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to a premium brand voice.
Calm under pressure, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative mindset.
