As an E-Commerce Integration and Support Specialist your role is to offer technical, functional and product support for Merchant Acquiring E-commerce Business in a seamless and error free manner. Key deliverables include managing new merchant integration with Gateways, Merchant onboarding, projects support, BAT, training merchants. Also providing post integration support & services for existing merchants. This role is driven under pre-defined SLA which shall be measured against individual’s performance.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled professional to lead the integration and support of our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless onboarding of merchants, maintain platform performance, and uphold compliance standards while delivering exceptional support across internal and external stakeholders.
Integration & Technical Support
• Lead integration of payment gateways, merchant APIs, and other e-commerce platforms with bank systems
• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams for smooth merchant onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to transactions and integrations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for APIs, integration workflows, and support protocols
Merchant & Customer Support
• Provide technical assistance to merchants using bank’s e-commerce solutions
• Monitor transaction flows and proactively resolve issues
• Conduct training sessions for merchants and internal teams on system usage and best practices
Platform Management & Optimization
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of e-commerce services
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance customer experience across digital channels
• Support deployment of new features, payment methods, and promotional campaigns
Compliance & Security
• Ensure all integrations comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal security policies
• Monitor fraud indicators and coordinate with risk teams to mitigate threats
• Uphold data privacy and transaction integrity across all platforms
Reporting & Analysis
• Generate reports on transaction volumes, merchant performance, and system uptime
• Analyze feedback from merchants and customers to recommend platform improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce integration, preferably in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and digital transaction flows.
• Familiarity with platforms like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, and banking systems.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and digital payment standards
