About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing high-performing email campaigns, Amazon listing creatives, and digital assets that drive engagement and sales. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand visuals are consistent, conversion-focused, and optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually compelling email marketing creatives, including layouts, headers, GIFs, and graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create optimized Amazon listing images, infographics, A+ content, and storefront visuals to improve conversion rates and brand storytelling.
• Develop and maintain brand assets across digital channels, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and eCommerce teams to translate campaign briefs into impactful visuals.
• Adapt designs for various platforms — web, mobile, and social media ads.
• Stay current on DTC design trends, email design best practices, and Amazon creative standards.
• Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Improved CTR and conversion rates from email campaigns.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce environment.
• Proven experience designing for email marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing Amazon listing and A+ content designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma.
• Understanding of conversion-driven design principles and UX fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Amazon image requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or GIF animation for emails and Amazon listings.
• Familiarity with Shopify or DTC website design.
