E-Commerce Graphic Design Intern

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This includes overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions.

E-Commerce Graphic Design Intern

Roles:

• Aid in visual planning and creation of ecommerce campaigns
• Create fun and highly engaging static & animated content for marketplaces
• Optimize each content for various objectives according to creative brief
• Aid in ensuring large volume of content are delivered according to brief and in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts, Media Production, Creatives & Graphics
• Adept in using editing programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
• Naturally creative and has a keen eye for aesthetics
• Has good initiative to their tasks and projects assigned
• Enthusiastic and displays a genuine interest on the tasks assigned.
• Ability to work swiftly under minimal supervision
