E-Commerce Digital Marketing Intern (May Intake)

LUXASIA Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This includes overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions.

E-Commerce Digital Marketing Intern

Roles:

• To support the Regional Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Media Buying team
• To assist with monthly updates on regional media dashboard across multiple brands
• To support campaign performance tracking
• To support data extraction from platform seller centre
• To assist with day-to-day Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Media Buying

Requirements:
• Tertiary education in business & marketing field, or any related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft utilities, especially Microsoft Excel
• Passionate & good with numbers analysis
• Good communication and coordination amongst team members
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Strong attention to detail, fast learner and committed to accomplishing goals
