• Provide end to end tealeaf infrastructure support.
• Generate value by workings with clients to identify key events and segments for tealeaf reporting
• Monitoring and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site issues that are adversely impacting conversion.
• Experience in Site catalyst, Dynatrace tools is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience working in an e-commerce environment.
• 2+ years of experience in performing Tealeaf implementation.
